All of my items ship from Adelaide, South Australia. Prices are shown in $AUD. A currency converter is located in the top bar or Menu (mobile).

PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

I do everything I can to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible but once your print or painting leaves my hands, no matter how good my intentions it becomes dependent on  your country's postal system. 

  • All shipping includes tracking and registered post (signature on delivery). Express shipping and Insurance options can be selected during checkout.
  • During the checkout process, and before finalising your payment, there is an opportunity for you to receive an estimated shipping cost based on your purchase. This can be found in the 'request shipping estimate' section just below where you enter your shipping address.

    Processing Time:
    • Processing time after ordering is usually 5 - 10 business days for prints as these are created individually and 2- 5 business days for original paintings in stock. 
    • If by any unforeseen circumstances your order may take longer, I'll message you with the approximate time. 
    • For rush orders please contact me and I’ll see what I can do to meet your needs.
    Domestic Shipping Times:
    • Australian shipping times after posting usually take 2 – 7 business days depending on whether I use the Australia Post standard service or a courier service such as DHL or Pack & Send.
    International Shipping Times:
    • International shipping times after posting from Australia may vary from country to country and exact time-frames can’t be guaranteed due to possible customs delays and other local conditions.
    • As a general guide, shipping from Australia to most major cities in the USA and Europe usually takes 5 - 20 business days depending on whether I use a courier service such as DHL or the Australia Post standard service.

     

    SHIPPING ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: 

    Small and medium sized paintings are sent bubble wrapped and box shipped.

    Larger paintings are sent detached from the frame and rolled up in a strong cardboard tube/box along with the frame and hanging wire. Your painting can be easily reassembled at your end and I can help you with this and or send you a list of recommended framers in your local area. 

    I can discuss alternative methods if you contact me beforehand.

    Insurance of an artwork is the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend that all buyers insure their artwork to cover for potential risks of loss, damage or destruction of the artwork in transit and during shipping. 

     

    SHIPPING PRINTS:

    Small prints are shipped flat in strong cardboard supports.

    Medium to large prints are sent rolled in strong, protective cardboard tubes.

     

    GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

    As soon as I send your order I will advise you by email and give you the tracking details and an expected delivery date.

    Buyers are responsible for shipments once they enter the postal system and I'm not  responsible for delays, damage or loss during shipping but I'll work with you to try to resolve the situation.

    Please check your delivery address and make sure your artwork can be delivered safely at your end. If you can't be sure of this please add the  insurance option as I hold no responsibly for lost or stolen orders at the delivery point.

    Customs Fees & Duties:

    Shipments outside of Australia do not include charges for any additional handling, VAT, import tax/broker/customs/duty fees.

    Please take these charges into account when placing an order as these are not included in the sale or shipping price and you may find yourself with unexpected costs on delivery. These fees are assessed directly by your own country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion - *UK and EU customers please be particularly aware of this.

    REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

    I always hope you’ll be completely happy with your purchase and I do everything I can to ensure your item is carefully checked and packaged with care to arrive to you safely.  If you have any concerns or questions please contact me before purchasing.

    I personally inspect and ensure the quality of every artwork before it is signed and shipped so unless the artwork is vastly different from the description in the listing, the following will apply: 

    Original Paintings:

    All sales are final on original artworks and I can’t accept returns. 

    Prints: 

    All prints are created to order according to your individual requirements such as chosen image, size and material and as such your purchase is considered a custom order and non-returnable.

    Once an order has gone to print it cannot be changed or refunded. 

    Loss or Damage Through Shipping:

    On rare occasions damage can occur through handling by the shipping agencies, especially on long international routes. Items can also be lost or stolen at the delivery point.

    If these procedures are followed, both you and I have a much better chance of follow up action with the shipping company. 

    • Don't permit the courier to leave your parcel unattended if you're not there to personally receive it
    • If you can't be there, please arrange to pick up the parcel in person from the shipping depot
    • Before accepting and signing for the shipment, please check the outside packaging for damage. If there's any sign of damage either (1) refuse delivery or (2) open the package in the presence of the delivery person and check the contents in front of them 
    • If the artwork inside is damaged, refuse the delivery and if possible take photos for evidence.
    Other Shipping Events: 

    If your order is returned to me by the postal delivery service due to a wrong address, your refusal to pay customs fees, your refusal to accept the order or because no one was home to accept delivery:- on receipt of the returned item, the cost of the order will be refunded less a 25% handling fee. The original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

    Returns under Exceptional Circumstances:

    In certain circumstances I may accept a return and the following conditions will apply:

    • Orders accepted to be returned or exchanged are required to be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Please notify me first within 3 days of receipt either by email or through this site
    • Artworks must be returned in the original condition and packaging with a copy of your receipt. After inspection to ensure all items are in perfect condition, a refund or exchange will be made. 
    • Any taxes and duties your local customs office may have charged for the shipment when entering your country will not be reimbursed.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that include Free Shipping, orders will be refunded less the cost to ship the original order.  
    Colour Accuracy:

    When selecting prints and paintings please note that all computer monitors will show colours a little differently and there may be a slight variation from the colours you see on your screen to the actual version. If you are in doubt, check the colours on multiple monitors to make sure before purchasing.
